We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting within a dynamic business environment.
What you'll do
- Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities as required
Requirements
- Experience: 8 – 15 years in Finance & Accounts
- Qualification: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Experience in financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Prior experience in infrastructure, energy, or solar industry is an added advantage
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate preferred
