About the role

In this role you will monitor the day-to-day operations of solar energy systems to ensure uninterrupted performance.

What you'll do

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of solar energy systems to ensure uninterrupted performance.
• Utilize monitoring platforms and tools to track energy generation, system health, and key performance metrics.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with field teams and contractors.
• Ensure timely response to technical issues and system downtime, minimizing operational disruptions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to support maintenance activities.
• Get the monthly O&M schedule from all site’s vendors between 1st to 5th of every month and maintain the same in tracker.
• Mail to client about vendor visit and arrange the work permit – after receiving the work permit, inform to vendor. All process to happen through mail.
• F/up with vendors on scheduled date of maintenance activities – check for any delay in the scheduled activity.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, performance data, and operational incidents.
• Verifying tool box talk, safety analysis, attendance from the vendor and get the sign on WCR report from client after every vendor visit to site.
• Collecting monthly invoices from the O&M vendor between 25th to 30th of every month, cross-referencing them with purchase orders, and subsequently sending them to the accounts team for billing in accordance with the scheduled payment date.
• Weekly f/up with customers on outstanding payments and maintaining the outstanding payment tracker.
• HOTO documents collection for both Projects and Asset management.
• O&M vendor finalization for newly commissioned projects – Searching vendors from reference and online platform, running assessments with the vendors, checking for company background and finalizing with the best budgeted price.
• Maintain accurate records of warranties, service contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Track and manage plant insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with coverage requirements.
