Job Summary

The Project Engineer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar energy projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and compliance with technical and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of solar projects.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support site surveys, technical assessments, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Resolve technical and operational issues at project sites.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates.
• Assist with commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, including outstation locations, depending on project requirements.
